No. Hainlex is the counsel desk’s public name. The legal entity is Maguar Capital GmbH & Co. KG Brokers. Address, LEI, licence scan and LEI certificate are on the Impressum and in Terms & documents.
Where is the office?
Nördliche Münchner Straße 9 c, 82031 Grünwald, Bayern, Deutschland. Same address as on the company documents.
Do you trade crypto or hold client assets?
No. This site is legal counsel. Trading, custody operation and platform running are not offered here.
In which language do you work?
English for the client file. German for authorities, courts and notaries when that is the language of the act.
Is the contact form a mandate?
No. It is a local demo form. Nothing is sent to a server. A mandate starts only with a signed letter.
Can I see the company PDF?
Yes. Terms & documents hosts the file and page scans.
